30-Day Returns and Refund Policy
At Booze Biotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30 day return and refund policy.
Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
1 - Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be sealed, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please make sure to include all accessories, tags, and labels.
A proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required to initiate a return and request a refund.
2 - Return and Refund Process
If you wish to return a product for a refund, please email orders@boozebiotics.com with your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return. If you are experiencing any issues, please provide as much detail as possible, including photos if applicable.
Our customer support team will respond to your email and provide you with a Return Authorisation number (“RA#”) and return address. Please do not send any items back without obtaining the RA#.
Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging materials, and enclose a copy of your proof of purchase along with the RA#.
Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during purchase.
3 - Non-Refundable Items
(a) Certain items are non-refundable including opened or partially used supplements, perishable goods, and personalised products, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns for these items unless the items meet the eligibility criteria or where we are required by law to provide you with an exchange, repair or refund.
(b) Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Booze Biotics will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
(i) The product is damaged; or
(ii) The product is faulty; and
(iii) You can provide your tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase, including the order number.
(c) We reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair in the event the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.
(d) Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
4 - Customer Responsibilities
(a) You are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
(b) You will not be liable for any postage or shipping costs where you are returning the defective or faulty item(s) where:
(i) the item was defective or damaged upon arrival; or
(ii) we are required by law to provide you with an exchange, repair or refund under clause 3 of this policy.
(c) Please ensure that the returned item(s) are securely packaged and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria as specified in clause 1.
