Subject to the below, we ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and New Zealand only.
Please note, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot ship to the country of Spain, or to any Military Base in the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience.
3 - Order Fulfillment
After placing an order with Booze Biotics, please allow 1 to 2 full business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Below delivery times do not include fulfilment.

Delivery times may vary from 5 to 14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s services.

Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment costs. Please note, each country may impose their own taxes, duties or import fees once the product is to be collected by the purchaser. You will be liable for such taxes, duties or import fees.
7 - Address Accuracy and Changes
It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. Booze Biotics is not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
